1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and r788 (hereinafter referred to as "r788", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of the r788 website available at r788.cam and all associated services, products, promotions and features offered thereon.

By accessing r788, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

r788 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on r788, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. r788 operates a strict adults-only policy. Age verification documentation will be requested as part of the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not permitted to register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not reside in or access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Account: You must register and use only an Account in your own legal name. Registering on behalf of another person or using a third party's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have been subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform that would preclude registration elsewhere. If you are in an active self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to register a new account.

r788 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4 Account Registration & KYC

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

r788 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible platform management. As part of this process, you may be required to submit the following:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photographic ID (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or similar official document dated within the last three months confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of any deposit method used, which may include a screenshot or statement from the relevant payment provider.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, r788 may request information regarding the source of funds deposited to the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. r788 will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to the support team immediately at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on r788 are subject to the following conditions. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT are provided for contextual purposes and reflect methods familiar to Pakistani users. Their availability at any given time is subject to the operator's current applicable terms and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn without prior notice. These references do not imply that any named institution endorses, supports or is affiliated with online gambling operations.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Amounts will be displayed in the Account's operating currency.
• Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing. Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed within the Platform. r788 will not process withdrawals to accounts or methods other than those used for deposit without additional verification.
• Currency: Where amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are for reference. The Account's operating currency will be specified at the point of registration.
• Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals may not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Fraud Prevention: r788 employs fraud detection systems. Deposits identified as potentially fraudulent will be investigated and the relevant Account may be suspended during investigation. r788 will cooperate with law enforcement and financial institutions as required.
• Fees: r788 does not typically charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check your provider's published fee schedule.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on r788 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general principles apply across all markets:

• Placement Finality: Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances where r788 determines that a material error has occurred (e.g., a clear technical fault in odds presentation).
• Odds Accuracy: r788 takes reasonable steps to ensure odds accuracy. In the event of a manifest error in published odds, r788 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• Maximum Stakes & Winnings: r788 may apply maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits to individual markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, insufficient official match duration, technical error or evidence of match irregularity. Voided bets will have stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) markets may be suspended at any time at r788's discretion. Wagers placed on suspended markets will not be accepted.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: Cricket markets, including PSL T20 and ICC international fixtures, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published within the Platform. Minimum overs requirements for in-play settlement are specified per market.

r788 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, sporting event or game at any given time. Catalogues may be updated, modified or withdrawn in accordance with content partner agreements or regulatory requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

r788 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and loyalty programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific Terms, which are communicated at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. The following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses and uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: r788 reserves the right to refuse, withhold or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts, matched betting in breach of promotion terms, or exploiting technical errors.
• Loyalty Programme: The three-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) operates on a points accumulation basis. Tier thresholds, point rates and reward entitlements are published within the Platform's loyalty section and may be updated. Current published terms at any given time govern entitlements.
• Switching Bonus: Where a migration or switching bonus is offered, individual eligibility criteria will be specified. r788 does not guarantee any specific tier placement for transferring users.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on r788 and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering, maintaining or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or accessing it via a VPN, proxy or other circumvention method to obscure your true location.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, sports manipulation or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by r788.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from confirmed technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening r788 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Accessing another User's Account without their express authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the r788 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations and page layout (collectively "Platform Content"), is the property of r788 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from r788.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary rights notice on any Platform Content.
• Use r788 branding, trademarks or trade dress in any manner that could cause confusion or imply association with r788 without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r788 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain.
• Interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof due to technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action or any other cause.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by payment service providers.
• Loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where r788 has not been negligent in its security obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by r788's negligence. Where applicable consumer protection law in a relevant jurisdiction prevents the full exclusion of liability, r788's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by that law.

11 Responsible Gambling

r788 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to support Users who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be accessed from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set and take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Reaching a set limit will prevent further wager placement until the relevant period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Time-on-platform reminders can be configured to alert you when you have reached a defined session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and marketing communications will cease.

r788 enforces strict adults-only access. Gambling is not appropriate for everyone, and the Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict participation regardless of age.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

r788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account in the following circumstances, without prior notice where the circumstances warrant immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating Account closure.
• Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts that have remained inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to the Platform's dormant account policy as published from time to time.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method or an agreed alternative, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not returned upon Account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

r788 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Where you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r788 holds its applicable operating licence. Specific jurisdictional information is available within the Platform's licensing section.

In the event of a dispute between you and r788 arising from or relating to these Terms, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through r788's internal complaints procedure. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as specified in the operator's licence conditions.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. r788 makes no representation that the Platform or these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction.
